Welcome to Full Life
Whether you are interested in building strength, facing emotional trauma, finding ease in your body, enhancing your vitality, working with chronic pain, or staying active comfortably as you age, I have classes for you.
Through Yoga, Pilates, Qigong and/or Mindfulness, students develop body awareness, balance, and coordination. Students also learn three-dimensional breath and methods to nurture the nervous system. We work on caring for the whole person– the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Special topic workshops bring yoga and Pilates perspectives to areas of student interest including digestion, osteoporosis, supporting immune function, insomnia, breath, safe stretching, back health, and feet. We are truly a community of dedicated practitioners and you are welcome to join us.
