Relaxed & Awake– Movement, Sound & Stillness
2-5 PM

Join us on Zoom to deeply relax and restore together through,  Qigong, mindful stretching, restorative yoga, heart-awakening poems and meditation.  We will guide participants to flow, breathe, and relax into spacious and healing conscious awareness.  Move energy through the body, cleanse organs, harmonize the breath, stretch open and then deeply relax. We hope this will all be to the healing sounds of the singing bowls. A day of relaxing mindful movement into meditative stillness. Please feel free to invite friends and family as the Zoom classroom has plenty of space and we think, in the case of this event, numbers meditating together may provide us, and all beings, with positive healing energy.

Attending a workshop is a great way to explore the depth and breadth of Asana and Pranayama which you will do in this weekend offering. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with sound through chanting.
