Gentle Iyengar Style Yoga uses careful sequencing, attention to alignment, breath, and the use of props to make poses accessible for all. This class is designed to help manage and alleviate stiffness and back pain. The gentle sequences support unwinding and releasing the spine, stretching the limbs and creating space around the joints, as well as toning the deep muscles gradually coming back to better alignment and good posture.
Drop-ins are $17, 4-class passes are $56, and 10-class passes are $130.
